Who can see your sessions
Only you. Every session you record is private to your account, and a request for another therapist's session is refused.
What happens to the recording
The audio is destroyed as soon as the analysis finishes, including when the analysis fails, and the deletion is confirmed rather than assumed. What remains is the de-identified transcript and the note, in your account.
Your corrections
You can correct a note and save it. Oramta checks what you type for names and other identifying details and replaces what it finds with placeholders. Like any automatic check it lowers the risk rather than removing it, so keep identifiers out of the note.
What leaves your account
Nothing automatically. Your notes are yours to copy into whatever record system you use. You can delete a session, with its transcript and note, from its page.
