Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped
Oramta is software you use online, in the browser at oramta.com. There are no physical goods, and nothing is sent by post or courier.
How the service is delivered
- Your account works as soon as you sign up and verify your email address, on any device with a current browser.
- A paid plan takes effect as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment method, with no break in access, and continues each month while payments go through.
- Each recorded session’s note appears in your account when its analysis finishes; the session’s page shows its progress.
If something does not arrive
If you have paid and cannot use Oramta, or a session’s note does not appear, write to support@oramta.com from the email address on your account. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
